New frame protectors with anti slip feature

New rear taillight bracket, providing better grip on the rear of the motorcycle when lifting it. New LED taillight

New Frame

New chassis: weight reduction of 250g, forged shock absorber arch, new steering lock on the column axis, new engine cradle geometry, new lower chain guide for reduced noise and weight, new steering column: weight savings and improved comfort, and re-designed subrame saving 254g in weight

New Front and rear brake discs

New design brake discs for improved braking power

 

New Triple clamps and steering column

New 7075 CNC triple clamps, new steering column: better front-end comfort and 150g weight reduction, improved bearing sealing, new handlebar position +5mm

 

New Radiators and radiator grills

New Airfilter system

New air filter housing improving engine efficiency, easier and quicker side access to the filter, possibility to change the air filter without tools

 

New Wiring harness

New lighter wiring harness by 210g, new layout of electrical components at the rear of the motorcycle to improve accessibility. Accessibility of the OBD connector through the airbox access panel. Improved ergonomics of the wiring harness routing on the motorcycle

Anti vibration tank mounting system

Mounting of the tank on an anti-vibration system

 

New Lingage axle system

Linkage axles are lighter weight, shock comfort has been improved, flat-sided axle for ease of assembly/disassembly

 

New Header pipe design and fitment

New exhaust body allowing an increase in ground clearance

New Fuel tap position and redesigned fuel tank

Modification of the fuel tap position for easier access, and re-designed fuel tank

 

New handguards, fork protectors and skidplate

New larger handguards for better protection, new fork protectors, improved protection of the tubes and more space for 90-100/21 tires, new engine skid plate, improved accessibility to the mounting screws for ease of disassembly

 

250 2 Stroke gearbox

New gearbox manufactured in Nîmes (France) and tested in competition: Modification of gears 3 to 5 for improved torque and better power delivery

New Akrapovic system for all 4T

New Akrapovic full exhaust system, performance enhancement, noise reduction that is compliant with new FIM standards
