Model Differences Explained
All Sherco models share the common Racing platform. Regardless of the edition you choose, rest assured that you will be getting the same chassis, engines, clutches, brakes, handlebars, map switches, and controls. Factory edition models differ in select upgrades, add-ons, and graphics.
Racing Models
The Racing edition motorcycles may be the standard model range, but they are anything but standard. Only available from September 2024 in 300 2 stroke and 300 4 stroke. These are premium bikes that feature special touches such as:
- Low vibration 2 and 4 stroke engines with balancing shaft
- KYB Open cartridge forks
- KYB shock absorber
- Large translucent fuel tanks
- Black frame protectors
- Map switch
- Mitas tyres
- In-mold graphics similar to Factory models
- Sherco exhaust system (250/300 2t feature FMF exhaust header)
- Forged triple clamps
Factory Models
The Factory edition models are the same bikes that our factory racers use. These limited edition bikes share the Racing model platform (same chassis & engines) with the following upgrades:
- Full Titanium Akropovic exhaust on the 4t models
- SPES header exhaust system on the 2t models with Factory muffler
- KYB double closed cartridge fork with unique Sherco valving and 3 way hydraulic adjustment
- KYB shock absorber with hydraulic setting specific to each model
- BS Lithium battery
- Black anodized Excel wheels
- Solid rear disc rotor
- Galfer front disc
- Neken machined triple clamps
- Neken mousse pad
- Black anodized rear sprocket
- Pyramid, anti-slip Selle Dalla Vale saddle cover
- Michelin Meduim Enduro tyres
- Radiator Fan and Expansion tank
- AXP bash plate
- Bi-composite soft grips
- In-mold Factory graphics
- Black frame protectors
- Map switch with 2 settings
